Whether he’s playing his Stradivari to classical audiences in intimate concert venues or drawing capacity crowds playing with his band in arenas, David Garrett is touching hearts and amazes audiences wherever he performs.At thirteen years old, David Garrett started his incredible career and was signed an exclusive contract. On January 2010 David Garrett finished his completely sold out tour “Classic Romance” presented by s.Oliver at the Berlin Philharmonie. s.Oliver is considered one of the leading fashion and lifestyle enterprises in Europe. The 28-year old star violin player impressed over 55,000 spectators with a mix of crossover shows and pure classical concerts in January 2010. Immediately following was a recital tour through 14 classic concert halls that was sold out in advance in April and May.
Based on the collaboration of David Garrett and s.Oliver at the ON STAGE campaign, the fashion label also supported the artist at his “Rock Symphonies Tour” in October 2010. s.Oliver had displays, roll-ups and banners at the concert halls. Once again, s.Oliver made Meet & Greets with David Garrett possible.
At an opulent location, a reconstructed theater, in Brooklyn, New York, photographer Andreas Hofweber showcased the artist’s cool and romantic side. The female leading parts of the campaign were model Tatjana Gellert and David Garrett’s “Antonio Stradivari” that never left the musicians hand during the photo shoot. As a testimonial of the German brand, David Garrett took part in multiple events about fashion and music. Exclusive Meet & Greets with the attractive artist and tickets for his “Classic Romance” tour through Germany could be won and were Christmas presents for fans and s.Oliver clients.
Additionally David Garrett and s.Oliver designed a special T-shirt for s.Oliver Casual which was available at all s.Oliver stores starting December 4th. Also a special edition CD was released for s.Oliver stores only. Both the T-shirt and the CD became bestsellers and were sold out within days. The emotional campaign was released on the s.Oliver homepage, at all s.Oliver stores and in the s.Oliver online shop in November 2009. The outfits that the star was wearing at the photo shoot were also available at stores. The collaboration between s.Oliver and David Garrett was advertised in magazines like BUNTE, Gala or InStyle. The images that were created by s.Oliver were used in the artwork for his “Classic Romance” album and were kept for tour and album promotions.
